Orange Jell-O Cupcake
It's not a shot, alcoholic, or a jelly - but it does have Jell-O in it so I thought I'd share this recipe! This fresh citrus cupcake is easy to make and won't disappoint your taste buds.

Funky Monkey
I was going to make a Thanksgiving themed Jell-O shot (especially since my parents just got back from Atlantic City with a bottle of creamy pumpkin spice liqueur.. um YUM), but I thought of this recipe the other night before I went to bed (yes I dream Jell-O) and had to try it out. The swirled chocolate on top makes the shot, so don't omit it if you test it!

Birthday Shots!
In celebration of Kim and Todd's birthdays this week, I made a birthday jelly inspired by the princess herself. These birthday jelly shots are pink, sweet, and smooth! With a little whipped cream and sprinkles on top, they make for the perfect start to any birthday party!

Pineapple Bites
After I made my Watermelon Jellies I had some spiked watermelon Jell-O left over, so I paired it with another tropical flavor. Pineapple has such a strong taste, so I knew it would mask any alcohol I added to the recipe; so go ahead and makes these strong!
Watermelon Slices
As promised, back when I did the Lemon Drops, here is my attempt at watermelon jellies! These Jell-O shots look and taste delicious. Try out different types of alcohol with these. I made mine with regular vodka and a splash of melon liqueur, but I would suggest Smirnoff Watermelon vodka or Marie Brizard Watermelon Liqueur.

Sangria Jellies
Sangria is one of my favourite summer drinks. The best part about Sangria is that you can make it to cater any taste. If you prefer a stronger berry taste, add more raspberries, strawberries or blueberries. Or if you like a more citrus Sangria, add more oranges, lemons, or limes.
Below you will find my recipe for classic Sangria, and Sangria Jellies (that I tested out this past weekend).

Lifesaver
I can`t remember the last time I had a lifesaver. Well, I guess you never really have just one lifesaver, you usually end up eating the whole roll. I`m guilty for going through the pack and picking out the red, orange, and yellow ones. I`m a sucker for any cherry flavoured candy, but the pineapple lifesavers were my all time fav.
For this recipe, you can substitute whatever flavour was your favourite (grape, lime, etc.). I couldn`t find a pineapple Jell-O package, so I used orange-pineapple; but again, use whatever lifesaver flavour you like!

Strawberries 'n' Cream
I started making this recipe hoping they would turn out tasting like Strawberry Shortcake, but the vanilla is so strong that all I can think of is strawberries and cream... and they are so good! I used a heavy cream in the first layer but I think melted vanilla ice cream would be so much better, and tastier (if you do use the ice cream, omit the Vanilla extract to avoid the vanilla overpowering the strawberry flavour).

After Eight
This is one of my favourite shots, traditional and now Jelly style! I was a little worried about this one at first, as I didn't use a Jell-O package, but they turned out soo good! If you like the After-Eight chocolate bars... you'll love these!
Lemon Drops
Here is an awesome lemon drop Jell-O shot that is a fan favourite. The recipe is so easy and sets quickly so they are easy for everyone to try out. For these ones in particular I used 3/4 cup plain vodka and 1/4 cup Lemoncello because I didn't have enough Vodka, but you can just use vodka for a stronger shot.

Trop-each-al
Here is a great Jell-O shot recipe that was a hit over the Easter weekend. I had fun making this one, but even more fun eating them with the fam.
As you can see the shot is predominately orange with a sparkle of green. Although it turned out to look pretty good, that result was not my intention. I wanted to have an even layer of orange and green, but I didn't wait long enough to pour the next layer on. So if you like the look of this one, wait 40 mins before pouring the next layer OR if you want the even layers wait an hour and a bit (so that it isn't completely set, but almost there).
